Fresh from university and ready to make a difference, I was very sure that the right balance of people and technology could change the world. Many years later - with Global 360 (Now OpenText) - I retain that hopeful outlook. I have started this blog to share my experiences, comment on what’s happening in business and process improvement, and celebrate the possibilities that lie ahead.
